EVALUATION and DISCOVERY
This is the most important phase of any new system implementation!

If all you ever hear is how good someone's software is you're probably talking to a salesrep.  If it is that good make sure that same salesrep is working on your implementation!  If not, why not?

To assist in an evaluation as important as yours, you've got to speak with consultants who have many real life experiences if you are going to get any value.  They also must be MOTIVATED.  How motivated is a person going to be when they are billing you by the hour?  On an evaluation, the salerep is motivated because they are on commission not on the implementation!

 

Our company culture is built around certainty.  Our clients get a fixed price for our services.  We can do that because of our experience.  We must find you the best solution because we're motivated by our fixed fee engagement.  If we select wrong we pay the price, not our clients.  Who would you prefer to do business with?
