Planning   

Ask to see the project plan as soon as you possible...before you buy software.  You can't wait to plan.

We perform cost and time effective implementations geared at integrating the planning cycle into a system pilot. On the first day,  the kick off session, we will verify the project plan which was reviewed and agreed upon with your project team prior to signing a contract.  That plan has already indicated the responsibilities and tasks each party must complete.  At this first meeting we verify any changes to schedules, reaffirm priorities and discuss our risk management methodology. If you are reading these pages, which many people don't, we think you are taking the implementation as serious as we do.  We have to .... we're on a fixed fee engagement.   You are likely our kind of client!  Read on just to understand what kinds of services we cover and those we don't!

Our services include technical programming for difficult data conversions and system interfaces, project management, traditional and rapid implementation training, report writing and business process design.  We do not install or tune networks, server farms, Citrix clusters or build servers.  We know of all these things and how they should work but are not experts to the level or our own classification.  We utilize very seasoned partners to handle all areas of specialty beyond what we believe we should handle.  You are not responsible for our partners' performance...we are.
