SUPPORT
The project isn't over just because you're in production.

Ask to see support plans before you buy software.

Purpose:  Although most of the heavy lifting is usually done during the primary system implementation, many times there are additional functions targeted for future phases that need focus.  More importantly now that you have a system in production your day to day activities now rely on the new system.  Changes need to be addressed in a timely manner and of course an system upgrade always seems to be just around the corner.  erpVisions has plans to cover all of these.

 

Software Vendor Plans:  The vendors all offer maintenance and support plans.  Maintenance handles bug fixes and enhancements to the product.  It does not cover any fees associated with consulting assistance to install the upgrade.  Support plans only cover phone support, and sometimes you can only log a specific number of support cases per year.  Both of these are important, but not all inclusive as is sometimes thought.

erpVisions Xtreme Service Plan:  Optionally, one annual fixed fee covers any consulting time required by erpVisions to install the new system upgrades for as many releases the vendor makes that year.  Additionally, phone support is unlimited and depending on circumstances, even some on site assistance may be included.

Other support and upgrade plans can be customized to meet each client's needs.
